I still teach functional medicine.

I still believe deeply in root-cause physiology.
But I no longer mistime functional medicine.
Mistiming is one of the biggest reasons patients plateau, compensate, or burn out.
Capacity is not the goal.
Capacity determines the dose of change a system can tolerate without compensating.
That distinction alone changes outcomes — for your patients and for you as a practitioner.
