Let's Do The Orientation Based Medicine Mapping and Reset Package

A Personalized OBM Intensive for Practitioners Seeking More Clarity, Cohesion, and Direction

Modern practitioners are carrying more information than ever before.

More labs.
More protocols.
More supplements.
More tools.
More patient complexity.

And yet many practitioners still feel:
overwhelmed,
fragmented,
uncertain,
overextended,
or disconnected from the deeper reason they entered this work in the first place.

Most are not lacking intelligence or effort.

They’re lacking a cohesive lens.

A Different Way of Looking at Physiology, Practice, and Human Health

Orientation-Based Medicine (OBM) is a framework designed to help practitioners better understand physiology through the lens of:

  • nervous system orientation

  • capacity

  • adaptability

  • stress physiology

  • timing

  • implementation

  • behavior

  • environment

  • recovery

  • human patterns

This is not about abandoning functional medicine, integrative medicine, pharmacy, lifestyle medicine, or traditional care.

It’s about organizing them more effectively.

Because often the issue is not simply:
“What protocol should I use?”

But:
“What state is this person operating from?”
“What can this physiology currently adapt to?”
“What direction is the system moving?”
“What is actually sustainable?”

The OBM Practitioner Mapping Session

This one-on-one intensive is designed to help practitioners better understand:

  • their current orientation

  • clinical overwhelm patterns

  • implementation blind spots

  • nervous system stress patterns

  • practice fragmentation

  • capacity limitations

  • workflow friction

  • communication patterns

  • areas of clinical and personal overload

  • opportunities for greater clarity and cohesion

This session combines the OBM framework with the Clinical & Coaching Assistant system to help organize patterns, physiology, implementation direction, and next-step strategy.

OBM Practitioner Questionnaire

A guided intake exploring:

  • physiology

  • stress patterns

  • practice structure

Clinical + Coaching Assistant OBM Pattern Review

Your intake information is reviewed through the OBM lens to identify:

  • nervous system patterns

  • adaptive tendencies

What Practitioners Often Walk Away With

  • greater clinical clarity

  • reduced overwhelm

  • improved understanding of patient capacity

  • clearer implementation direction

  • stronger pattern recognition

  • renewed confidence

  • improved communication awareness

Introductory Practitioner Mapping Session

$350

For a limited time, a small number of OBM Practitioner Mapping Sessions are being offered at an introductory rate while the framework and Clinical & Coaching integration continue to expand.

If within 7 days you decide to move into a larger OBM pathway, mentorship, implementation, or training program, your session investment may be credited toward that program.

Most Practitioners Do Not Need More Information

They need a clearer lens through which to organize it.

The goal is not simply more protocols.

The goal is greater clarity, timing, direction, adaptability, and sustainable implementation.

If this resonates with where you currently are, you’re invited to apply for an OBM Practitioner Mapping Session.

About Robert Kress

Robert Kress is a functional pharmacist, educator, and creator of Orientation-Based Medicine (OBM).

With over 20 years in clinical practice and more than 15 years teaching functional, integrative, and lifestyle medicine, his work has focused on helping both patients and practitioners move beyond symptom-chasing and into a more complete, strategic approach to health.

Through his work in Functional Pharmacy, Robert has trained and mentored practitioners across the U.S. and Canada, helping them build more effective, sustainable practices rooted in real-world application—not just theory.

Orientation-Based Medicine was developed from this experience.

It bridges:

  • physiology
  • the nervous system
  • functional and integrative medicine
  • and clinical timing

to help answer a deeper question:

Not just what should we do—but when, why, and how much the body is actually ready for.

His work is centered on helping people better understand their current state, build capacity, and move forward with a plan that is both effective and sustainable.
