Beyond the Functional.

The Healers Journey Coaching & Mentorship Program is your trail map for transformation and growth. Inspired by Joseph Campbell's Hero's Journey along with my 7 Peaks of Transformative Wellness- to grow your practice, enhance your personal life, and take your clients health to the next level.

This comprehensive program will guide you through the challenges and opportunities of building a functional medicine practice from a Beyond the Labs and the conventional and even functional Pharmacist Lens.

We also take a deep dive into your internal operating system, you know, the one that often holds down, consciously and unconsciously, the one that does not see our full potential and often chooses to self-sabotage or leave projects unfulfilled.

This is a very unique coaching program, because it both focused on our personal and professional growth.

In addition to the content in the module, we meet twice monthly, which is recorded for group coaching and mentoring sessions.

Plus, you get a direct line to me through email, and we meet once quarterly for a one-on-one hour sessions.

The below modules are translated in a way to weave into your practice, from creating your vision, building beyond what you have imagined, and focusing on your clients' goals.

Module Overview

• Module 1: Core Concepts of Coaching & Actionable Steps & Lessons to Begin 

• Module 2: Assessment and Inventory of where you are now, your path that got you here. Understand the principles of functional/lifestyle medicine, identify your niche, and envision your ideal practice and lifestyle and the differences from conventional medicine while defining entrepreneur vs employee.

• Module 3: The Call to Adventure - The Business Case for Functional Medicine- Creating/Refining Your Offering. Understand the market demand, financial potential, and how functional medicine aligns with your goals. The initials steps to turning your passion into reality.

•  Module 4: Refusal of the Call - Overcoming Obstacles and Building Your Foundation. Address common barriers to entry, fears, doubts, hone your vision and plan, and create a strong foundation, incorporate the needed components.

• Module 5: Meeting the Mentor - Tests, Allies, and Enemies- Recognizing leadership to offering you guidance in growing your offering - Building Your Team, systems, referrals for patients, collaboratives

• Module 6: Crossing the Threshold -Jumping both feet in, developing/enhancing growth strategy. Develop a marketing strategy, establish an online presence, and attract your first patients. 

• Module 7: Approach to the Inmost Cave - Confronting your greatest fears that are holding you back, from self-sabotage, beliefs, the "addiction of busy", imposter syndrome, boundaries. 

• Module 9: The Ordeal - Overcoming Challenges and Staying Motivated. Develop resilience, problem-solve common issues.  Mindsets for overcoming obstacles and setbacks. Strategies for managing stress and burnout. Celebrating successes and staying motivated.

•  Module 10: Reward (Seizing the Sword) - Optimizing Patient Outcomes, practice systems, refining practice model, building continuity for sustainability. 

• Module 11: The Road Back - Integrating and Optimizing Your Professional and Personal Lives

• Module 12: The Resurrection - Scaling Your Practice and Defining Your legacy.

• Module 13: Return with the Elixir - Mastermind and Next Steps and creating your own personal and professional coaching/expanding your brand, or specially designing your next step.

• Along the way we will have weekly actionable steps, group coaching classes and vibrant whatsapp community, with a strong focus on next level growth.

• Group calls and mini workshops, further diving into the concepts and lessons, ensuring comfort and expertise to translate what you learn and embody.

• Meet with me, one-on-one every 3 months to refine, design, and review your path.
