WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU ENROLL

STEP 1 — FOUNDATIONAL ORIENTATION (IMMEDIATE ACCESS)

A Nervous System Map for Responsible Men
(20–25 minute recorded training)

This training establishes the symbolic and physiological framework for the entire program.

  • The Camel — “I must.”
    Responsibility, endurance, safety through carrying

  • The Lion — “I will.”
    Authority, boundaries, differentiation from inherited load

    Regulation, creativity, flexible decision-making

Important framing:
The goal is not to eliminate responsibility.

SESSION 1 — ORIENTATION & TERRAIN MAPPING

Week 1 | 60–75 minutes

This session establishes safety before action.

We explore:

  • how the nervous system learns through experience—not logic

  • why responsibility often trains urgency before choice

  • why freeze is protection, not failure

We map:

  • current stressors

  • financial and relational pressure

  • decision bottlenecks

  • authority conflicts

  • where urgency hijacks clarity

Outcome:

BETWEEN SESSIONS — LIFE MAP INTAKE

You’ll complete the Nervous System Life Map Questionnaire, covering:

  • early responsibility patterns

  • loss of childhood margin

  • modeled risk and consequence

  • decision paralysis tendencies

  • money and survival pressure

  • family authority dynamics

  • fatherhood and pattern transmission

  • what regulates vs what escalates urgency

Instructions are simple:

  • facts only

This phase allows your system to slow down and organize safely.


SESSION 2 — PATTERN REVIEW & SYSTEM READ

Week 3–4 | 60 minutes

This is the core clarity session.

We identify:

  • dominant nervous system strategies

  • early conditioning events

  • freeze, vigilance, and over-responsibility patterns

  • archetypal orientation (Camel-dominant, suppressed Lion, etc.)

We make key distinctions between:

  • responsibility vs survival threat

I get it because I've lived it.

As a pharmacist and functional medicine expert, aka, The Godfather of Functional Pharmacy, I've spent years helping men break free from the cycle of numbing their way through life. But my passion for this work? That comes from my own story.

My entire world turned upside down. I lost my pharmacy job when I chose not to become a vaccinating pharmacist. Then COVID hit. A teaching position disappeared. Another pharmacy position ended over the COVID situation. In the midst of this professional chaos, my marriage was ending, and I found myself completely uprooted to another state.

This was my dark night of the soul.

But here's the thing about hitting bottom – sometimes it's exactly where you need to land to rebuild something better. What felt like my lowest point turned out to be the greatest gift. I met my soulmate, who became both my personal and professional partner. I finally found true purpose in my profession – no more standing with one foot in and one foot out, no more compromising my beliefs, no more shilling for big pharma.
